[AWARD] 20 research professors from Lyon Saint-Étienne to be appointed as members of the IUF

The Université de Lyon congratulates the 20 research professors from the Lyon Saint-Étienne site who have been appointed members of the University Institute of France (Institut Universitaire de France – IUF) by order of the Minister of Higher Education and Research dated May 22, 2024.

Results of the 2024 IUF campaign

The IUF, whose aim is to encourage the development of top level research in universities and to strengthen interdisciplinarity, has appointed 200 research professors this year. For a period of five years, these research professors will receive special promotion for their research.

 20 of the 2024 awardees are from the Lyon Saint-Étienne site, including 10 junior members and 10 senior members.
