For this second edition of the Youth Assembly, the City of Lyon is looking for 40 young people aged between 16 and 25 years old to work with it on tangible projects for young people.

Are you between 16 and 25 years old? Do you live, work or study in Lyon? Would you like to take part in an out-of-the-ordinary community adventure? Would you like to get to know your city better and help improve the life of young people in Lyon?
 

The City of Lyon needs you!

For the 2nd year running, the City of Lyon is launching the Assembly of 40 Young People from 16 to 25. This year, this Assembly will take place using an “Ideathon” format. This is a “marathon of ideas”, a brief chance to work together on issues that concern you and come up with tangible solutions for the future of young people in Lyon.

Four main topics will be discussed with you and which involve all young people: food, health, digital issues and consumption.


 How exactly can you get involved?

  • Take part in the kick-off meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 6 to 7 p.m.
  • Take part in two “Ideathon” workshop days, on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Take part in “Rêvez Jeunesses !” [Young Dreams!], on December 02, 2024 from 4.30 to 7.30 p.m. at the City Hall.
  • Take part, if you wish, in the feedback session on the proposals received during the Ideathon and the “Rêvez Jeunesses !” workshops. (Date to be defined).
