[FORMALITIES] The Espace Ulys is back for the 2024/2025 academic year

The Espace Ulys provides services for foreign PhD students and researchers who are studying or conducting research at Université de Lyon institutions and laboratories. The aim? To provide advice on the administrative formalities required before, during and after their stay (visa and residence permit, accommodation, healthcare, integration, etc.).

In 2023/2024, 476 scientists made use of Espace Ulys services for issues relating to immigration, administrative or accommodation formalities.

• A single point of contact: information@espace-ulys.fr
  Appointments can be arranged by email for more personalized support (call, video call, in-person meeting)
• Regular webinars for new arrivals (in French and English) to provide information on the administrative formalities required before and during their stay in France.
   

2024/2025 news:

• Welcome and induction evening for international PhD students and researchers (in November 2024)
• New webinars on healthcare and induction
• “Accommodation” platform: we are looking for owners of furnished accommodation to expand our platform, which puts international scientists in direct contact with landlords free of charge.
