The Students Welcome Desk, the reception office for international students on the Lyon Saint-Étienne site, closed its doors on December 13, 2024. Are you still having difficulties with your administrative procedures? Instructions below!

From December 13, 2024, international students wishing to request assistance with their administrative procedures (visas, residence permits, etc.) must contact their university establishment as a priority.

For students who have difficulty submitting their application on the ANEF

  1. Contact the Citizen Contact Center (CCC)

  2. If the CCC has not been able to provide a solution, contact the Rhône Prefecture

    Select the reason "student" and attach a screenshot of the error message on the ANEF

For students who have submitted their application on the ANEF but have not received their certificate of extension or favorable decision
